MARTINI MONDAY

CHOCOLATE MARTINI

• 1 part Vodka
• ¼ part Amaretto
• 1 part Godiva Chocolate liquor
• Chocolate syrup

1. Pour the Vodka, Amaretto and Chocolate liquor into a mixer filled with ice.  Shake the mixer like no other until you feel that everything has been chilled and mixed properly.
2. Drizzle a little chocolate syrup around the inside rim of the glass and then pour in your recently mixed martini and enjoy.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN

Today is Halloween. Are you dressing up in a costume, if so what are you going as. Dressing up for Halloween is fun, but I prefer masks. They are mysterious, intriguing and sexy. Her are some that caught my eye.

Wine Wednesday

I was shopping at Krogers a few weeks ago and picked up a bottle of Mooseland Ars Vitis Riesling and boy it was good. It's reasonably prices about $14 a bottle. So the next time you're in the mood for Riesling try this.

I'm a big purse/bag fanatic. I especially love purses with top handles. Here are two of my favorites, I love the construction and the colors. Red is one of my favorite colors.

Wine Wednesday

There is nothing like a cold glass of white wine. Wine can be enjoyed almost anytime of the day just throw in some cheese, crackers and fruit and this can be an appetizer while you cooking dinner. Bartenura Moscato is one of my favorites.

Martini Mondays

These are two of my favorite Martini's

French Martini with Chambord

2 oz Vodka
½ oz Chambord
2 ½ oz Pineapple Juice

How to make

Back a shaker full of ice and add all ingredients
Shake or stir (Note: the pineapple juice makes the drink cloudy anyway, so the shaking gives a nice light texture because of pineapple juice’s tendency to froth!)
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

1/2 oz triple sec
